TO ORDER:
You have four options when placing your order.
1. Use our handy shopping cart which has a buy link at nearly every
item. It is 100% secure and encrypted for your safety.
2. You may
CALL
us toll free at 1-877-890-GOLD to place your order by credit
card or check. Our office hours are 9
AM-5 PM PACIFIC TIME, Monday through Friday. We accept all major credit cards and will normally ship within
10 to 14 working days.
Custom orders will have to be made to order and can
take up to two weeks longer.
Mother's Day
and Christmas season orders take more time - order early to avoid delay and
disappointment.
We will confirm delivery time at the time your order is
received. If payment is being made by check, we will ship the order after the check has
been received by mail and cleared your bank.
3. Click below to go to our printable order page. Once there, you may
fill in all information by using your computer, press your print command, and mail it to
us with your check, credit card information, or money order. We do not recommend
sending cash by US mail.
4. Cost of engraving
of lockets and other engravable items is $40.00
per piece of jewelry. Type the
message in the Comments section of the paper order form or the online
shopping cart form.
5. Special
sizing for rings is available. All sizes
above size 8 1/2 for ladies rings and size 9 for men's rings have an extra
charge of $35.00 per item. This
is considered a special order, and therefore there will be no refunds or
exchanges on Special Size rings.

We do not recommend sending your credit card information to us, however. Upon
receipt of your e-mail order, we will contact you by telephone to obtain your credit card
information.
DELIVERY TIME
Most orders will be shipped within 10 to 14 business days
from receipt of order if paying by credit card or money order. Orders paying by
business or personal check will be sent as soon as the check has cleared the bank.
All checks should be made payable to Valentina Signature Collection.
TAXES
Sales
tax is collected ONLY for California customers, or items shipped to a
California address. Sales tax is NOT collected for orders made and shipped
outside California.
U.S. ORDERS
We ONLY ship to
the 50 states of the United States, its territories and possessions, and
U.S. military APO/FPO only. We do not handle international orders,
including Canada.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Most orders will be shipped by
insured Priority Mail of the U.S. Postal Service. Add $9.50 to your order if this is how you want your order
shipped. If the ordered item is in stock, we can ship it overnight by
UPS or Fed Ex via
Next Day Air for $37.00, or UPS or Fed Ex Second Day Air for $19.50,
the mailing service to be decided upon by us.
